In Pernerova street in Prague-Karlín the construction of the Butterfly administration center has not yet finished and two blocks away are already being built another office building. Investor of the Praga Studios project for 27 million euros is Skanska Property developer.
Skanska Property Czech Republic is expanding its commercial real estate portfolio and in February completed the acquisition of the Karlín property, where the Praga car repair shops have been housed in the past. Skanska plans to build a modern office building called Praga Studios.

Riverview is located on the bank of the Vltava River in the commercial neighbourhood of Prague 5 – Smíchov. The seven-floor building was completed in December 2014 and sold to Invesco Real Estate. It obtained LEED Gold certification.
